COMPANY MERGE - PRICING

Depending on the amount of data to merge, the following pricing table applies:

The Type 1 Merge Service covers requests for 1 company with a maximum total transferable data volume of 1,000 MDSs/modules. HPE offers this service for 1,300 Euro (excluding all applicable taxes). It is suggested that if one of the companies to merge has a large amount of data, this should become the target "roof" company.

The Type 2 Merge Service covers requests for up to 5 companies with a maximum total transferable data volume of 10,000 MDSs/modules. HPE offers this service for 2,400 Euro (excluding all applicable taxes). It is suggested that if one of the companies to merge has a large amount of data, this should become the target "roof" company.

The Type 3 Merge Service covers requests for up to 10 companies with a maximum total transferable data volume of up to 100,000 MDSs/modules. HPE offers this service for 4,500 Euro (excluding all applicable taxes). It is suggested that if one of the companies to merge has a large amount of data, this should become the target "roof" company.

The Type 4 Merge Service covers requests for up to 20 companies with a maximum total transferable data volume of up to 500,000 MDSs/modules. HPE offers this service for 9,800 Euro (excluding all applicable taxes). It is suggested that if one of the companies to merge has a large amount of data, this should become the target "roof" company.

The Special Merge Service is priced based on the amount of work entailed. If the merge request involves more than 20 companies or a total transferable data volume of more than 500,000 MDSs/Modules, HPE will generate an individual proposal for the project with pricing based on estimated time and materials.

COMPANY MERGE - PROCEDURE

The first step in requesting a Company Merge is to complete the Company Merge Planner as described in the Company Merge User Guide and send it to mds-solutions@hpe.com. The following links present the Company Merge Planner User Guide and the Company Merge Planner as well as the General Terms and Conditions for this HPE service.

You can download the complete package or all files individually. The Company Merge Planner is a PDF form you can fill in and then save locally. The filled-in form can then easily be emailed to us.

HPE will review the submitted Company Merge Planner and clarify any open issues. If all information needed for a successful Company Merge is available, you will be informed about the price for the requested Company Merge.

In order to start with the reorganization please fax a binding Purchase Order (with Tax Identification number) to:

After receiving the Purchase Order, the IMDS team will contact the person named in the Company Merge Planner and start with the reorganization activities and schedule the merge for a mutually agreeable time with the contact person.

All users of the affected companies must also be informed of the merge timing because users of the affected companies are not allowed to work online in IMDS while the Company Merge is actually processed.

The Company Administrator must be available during the merge processing in case there are any questions. The Company Administrator is also responsible for checking all data immediately after the process is complete.
