Climb the IMDS competence pyramid with our training partner imds professional. The content of the training courses has been revised, updated and restructured. With the new training concept, you can now see clearly and at a glance how you can build up and expand your IMDS know-how step by step. From Level 1 for beginners to IMDS Officer (certified), imds professional covers a wide range of all relevant topics.
The introductory course 6119, entitled "IMDS in theory", covers the legal background and basics for getting started with the system, expanded to include all relevant information on the European Green Deal and the Product Carbon Footprint (PCF).
Under the new title "IMDS in practice", the basic course 6120 will help you to find your way around the system, to create material data sheets safely and correctly with the help of numerous exercises and to avoid reasons for rejection in the future.
In Level 2, you will now find training courses on "Using IMDS" (e.g. administration or where-used lists) and on the "IMDS rules and regulations" (recommendations) with different focal points.
You can further specialize according to your own needs and wishes in Level 3, where you will also find training on related material compliance topics such as REACH, SCIP, biocides and much more.
You will then pass the revised IMDS Expert (cert.) exam, which certifies your comprehensive IMDS knowledge, with flying colors.
Your training then concludes with the IMDS Officer (cert.) examination, which qualifies you to manage an IMDS department.
