The IMDS-a2 provides some additional analysis compared to IMDS web application:

• Usage of Conflict Minerals

• Threshold range

• Deleted or hidden MDSs

• Deleted or hidden substances

Furthermore the Where-Used Analysis allows the use of the results of a previous analysis as input for a new analysis run. As example - first analyzing for a certain classification and then analyze the resulting MDSs for the usage of GADSL/SVHC substances.
