For the IMDS Advanced Interface (IMDS-AI) an update of the IMDS-AI Terms and Conditions became necessary. This update mainly affects the availability of the IMDS test system and the definition of test periods. Additionally, the scope of application and some other wording needed a more precise specification, as well as the order and the billing process obtained further clarification. The service itself and the prices as well as commercial fundamentals like payment terms or liability provisions were not impacted.

The new IMDS-AI Terms and Conditions will enter into force and will replace the existing ones up from April 1, 2020. Clients with individual IMDS-AI contracts – with no reference to these T&C – are not impacted.
